Can't email george + some questions

Hi Guys,
I can't seem to email george, I've tried from two different email accounts and after a few days I get an email saying unable to send? Is it because i was using hotmail? Anyway I am going to build a 50watt plexi and i was wondering is there instructions for the master volume mod? Also does anyone know how much it costs to post to Australia? Also, what is the size difference between the 50 and the 100 watt head cabs?
