pt yellow and white wire

my buddy is doing a ptp board on a reiuuse 2203 he needs to know where the yellow and white wire from the pt goes? any body can help
Should be yellow to the "middle" of the two main series caps as that should be the high voltage center tap. Usually connected to the - terminal of the first main cap can (that also has a jumper to the + of the other main cap can).
White should be the bias supply voltage to the board (to 27K before bias diode).
