Awesome!

Glad to see George's gear out and about...is that Mayer's own amp or one of his band member's?

That's Mayer's guitar player's amp (David Ryan Harris?) Mayer's too big a sissy to play that much amp yet himself.

I still can't believe he's playing sideman with Mayer...DRH is such a wicked writer/player/singer on his own. I guess ya gotta do what ya gotta do to pay the rent.

That's OK, even Jimi played side to Little Richard!
I'm with you Andy, I tried to give him the benefit but I just don't care for Mayer. At least he's making a living off music (that's more than I can say for myself...)

Yeah but the difference is he had a career way before Mayer so it'd be more like Hendrix after becoming famous, going back and being a sideman to Little Richard!

I know.....it's not that the guy can't play either (despite being overly Hendrix/SRV derivative) but it's the package he chooses to wrap it in.......I guess he probably gets the little girlies in the sack and that's what matters, right?

More than you can say for me, as you put it Chief.......

I understand maybe his song writing not to your taste but you dont like even when he rips one out on the guitar ? I dont know he has his moments. Kind of a funkster bluesy choppy guy. whatever. to each their own. i wouldnt run out and buy his album though ill say that. I respect his music though.

Me too! I've always liked SRV, Curtis Mayfield, and Dave Matthews.

I'd respect him more if he'd play a Metro amp.

he doesn't need to use a metro amp, he uses two-rock's and dumble's

Well then, obviously it's not the amp that is annoying....
