Got it up and working now. It seems that it took out the HT fuse after we switched the Mains fuse and played it a little bit. Hopefully that was the only cause......Reflowed some solder connections that we weren't too sure of too just in case, but it sounds really good now.

Hopefully you found the bad solder joint.
Something you can do which you may or not want to do is to bump the amp chassis while someone is playing through it.
Like lift it up 1/2" and let it drop, maybe not that high but you get my drift?
Trying to jar the bad connection to see if it is still bad enough to pop or crackle.

Good job on fixing it, I hope it stays working well.

Did you replace all the 1 ohm resistors?

I like to use the Vishay precision 1% tolerance ones there.
Especially on a 100 watt amp. If you use the standard 5% tolerance resistors there you can have a 2-3mv swing either way when setting the bias just because of the tolerance.

Don't let that smoke out!

We just re-used the old 1-ohm resistors, they barely fit from being cut down, but it worked nicely and those JJ tubes definitely sound better than the Groove Tubes that were in there.......well I don't know if better would be the word, but it is more compressed and bassier sounding more like what I personally thought the amp should of sounded like and with my friends Fender strat it's not ear piercing like alot of amps and a strat (Still want him to get buckers! haha). It mixes great in with my JTM 45 just wish I had a 100 watt amp built so we could drive the superbass a bit more.

EDIT: and of course replacing the bad resistor|
