Just bought a metro 50 watt kit build. Lots of nos stuff in it. Basically a 68 lead spec .68 over v2 I noticed the mustards are all 18n value instead of the Normal 22n. All the other mustards are correct value. Do you guys think I would here a difference by going up to 22n from the 18n?? The amp sounds fine. Just wondering ??

If all of the caps read exactly on spec then the 18's may shave off the tiniest bit of low end compared to the standard 22's. The fact is though that most of these caps vary slightly from their stated spec so it's possible that some of them will measure higher than 18 and others may be lower. I wouldn't worry about such a small difference and enjoy the amp if it's sounding great as is.
