Testing out my new build. 50watt kit 70 and up lead specs. I have sound in all 4 inputs, no loud hum or hiss however it seems V3 pin 3,8 voltages are way too high I'm measuring 105 the chart says 35. Haven't tried cranking the sound with a guitar yet for a full test, just on low volume.
Double checked all connections, re-flowed solder in a few spots. swapped tubes etc.
I get the following voltages
V1 Pins 1=150 v, 2=6.0, 3=.9, 4=3.2, 5=3.2, 6=195, 8=1.74, 9=3.2
V2 1=155 ,2=45.6 ,3=1.0, 4=3.2 ,5=3.2, 6=279, 8=156, 9= 3.2
V3 1=247, 2=63, 3=105, 4=3.2, 5=32, 6=234, 8=105.2, 9=32.
V4 2=3.2, 3=445, 4=442, 5=-44.7, 6=445, 7=3.2,
V5 2=3.2, 3=445, 4=442, 5=-44.7, 6=445, 7=3.2,
Rectifier 457 on positive, AC = 326
Do these voltages look ok (seems close to the guide on p26.

Easy fix. Capacitor on presence pot wasn't grounded properly. Re-flowed the solder, amp is working perfectly now.
