Does anyone have a copy of the MacG JTM 50 layout?

I waited to see if a MacG layout appeared but...........

There is this one that is quite useful:ttp://www.amparchives.com/album/Marshall/Sche ... _orig.html

Things to note, the small silver mica bypass cap on the normal channel is not stock, nor is the 100pF cap on the volume pot of the normal channel. I would recommend getting two 32/16uF cans. (or a dual 16 on the inside and a 32 up top). Use 32+16 for mains (a GZ34 does not like 64uF) and 16 for screens and 32 for the PI, then dual 32 on the board. I would also swap the V1 bypass cap for a 25uF or at max 50uF electrolytic, a 250uF is far too flubby in the bottom end.

With a good OT and good guitar this amp is excellent (I have built 2 to this spec one with Metro 784-139 and another with Marstran 784-128)

Many thanks Neil. I've already built the amp some years ago, and there are pictures on this forum somewhere, but I wanted the layout for reference. Thanks for the tweak suggestions too.
