V3 plate and current voltages

Hi there, first topic!!!! Great people in this forum, and great amp kits from Metroamps!!!

I'm building my first metro 50w kit, and when switching up, following instructions, I found that voltages on pin 1 and 6 on V3 are 388 and 380 instead of 208 and 200.
I've remade everything, but cannot find anything wrong. Any ideas?
The amp lights up, but the sound i got form it is very low volume, and really distorted.
