to use a boxing analogy, a 50 is like boxing with bigger gloves. Less bruising when it's all over but you still feel like you had some kind of real visceral experience. Two otherwise identical 50/100 watters will be similar as you turn the volumes from 1-5, but after that, the 50W starts to go off and do its own thing, saturating and turning to a syrupy liquid, while the 100 dances off in another direction, turning into a solid molten ball of rock, with a bigger crunch..... exaggeration for effect only, but you get the point. The last clips posted are good examples of some 50W tones, but a 50 can get hearvier and crunchier than that as well, ala scorps and schenker.

Hi Alex,

beautiful item, has an interesting looking treble cap in the tone stack!
Is the FB resitor connected to the 4 Ohms or 8 Ohms tap?
