JCM 800 build ?

I was looking at my layout and on V3 PI pin 3 and 8 have a 820 resistor instead of the normal 470, why would it call for the 820 in this position and not 470

I'm not sure if that is a mistake on the layout or if Watts decided to make the change. I would email him and see what he says about it.
