Couple questions:
Are there any issues with this idea other than having to plug some tube and filter cap holes in the chassis itself?
Would a regular 50w chassis fit a big box cabinet, or would I need to do the above to have the large cab @ 50w?
Just keeping an eye out for parts for my next project and want to know what I can and can't get away with...
EDIT: And I'm talking lay down transformer here...

An original Marshall big-box intended for a 50-watt would be fine of course. Otherwise it seemd all the big box replicas have the wide back cutout for the 100-watt back panels.
No reason not to build the 50 on the 100-watt chassis if you want though. The hole covers George sells should cover extra tube/filter can holes nicely.
