Dude, did I outbid you? Fuck, I'm sorry. Are you purtyturd or something like that?

Damn, I was all happy but now I feel bad.

Why!?

Don't George already have a few of them? :x

Damn I feel bad too. I think I won an auction a wayz back where I smoked someone named Purtyturd with a snipe. :(

I can't remember what it was, but I surely remember the ebay ID name.

Yeah, I'm pretty shit, er, I mean purtyturd. Aw, I was just kiddin' about the "weasel" part - you won fair and square. Besides, I didn't really want it for a resto or anything. I would have just auctioned it right away and ran with the cash! Or maybe just tie it to a string and drag it around Wallace's block until he Paypals a sufficient amount!

Hell, I regretted placing a bid of $251.55 as I didn't even know for sure what the turns ratios were and that's not the kind of auction you want to show on the Palace (or here) and ask about, know what I mean?

Besides, I already got my Ebay "steal -of-the-month" auction.

Pair of fat base Mullard xf1 EL34's w/matching date codes that look like new, test ridiculously high and have full flashing! Yes, there are still good Ebay buys out there!

Let us know if that tranny turns out to be what we all think it is!

Oh. Well then that is good then. Hopefully you owning it will mean good things for us all later down the line. Hopefully you and Brian can nail down the iron problem once and for all in the future. I mean isn't that the only thing in the way of vintage iron tone right now? The iron itself?

Congrats George! :D

Hey George,

You should have said you were watching that, I wouldn't have bid since I really don't need it. Nice snag anyway.

I do have some iron from the UK in the works. I hope it's the shiznitz.

Sorry Purdy,

These things are too common now. I have another one on the line as we speak. ;) That OT is what everyone thinks it is anyway. ;)
