Hi.
I got this Super PA wreck and it has original OT but a new PT. This amp originally had a lay-down trasformer. It now has a standing trasformer. The PT is installed with the end plates facing the sides of the amp, just like the OT. See pic:

I heard that trasformers dont like to have their magnetic fields next to each other like this. And that it would be a good idea to rotate it 90 degrees. Why is this, and what effect will it have on the amp if i keep the PT like it is?
Transformer placement?
