MM P4550JT-G2 Wiring Question

I am building a plexi and using the MM P4550JT-Gt that is recommended for the build.

Question is it has terminals on the back and I want to make sure I am correct with the wiring, so I assume the following:

on one side the terminals read and the = is what i believe it is

5 = 5 volts
0 = ?
322 = 322 volts
0 = CT
322 = 322 volts

other side has the following:
COM = Common - for the High voltage
3.15 = 3.15 volts -filaments
0 = ct
3.15 = 3.15 volts -filaments

Correct?

You need to state the question differently. What you are asking really does not make sense.
