Forum Improvements and Updates

A new theme and look is on the way for the MetroAmp forum, expect it sometime next week. There will be some new goodies for everyone. The forum is an important community resource, and we're trying to keep making it better. We'll be adding:

-RSS Feed
-Fresh theme
-More space for uploads
-A full set of Diamond Dave smilies and icons
-Other good stuff

Actually, to be fair, the lack of many emoticons is one of the things that is a little lacking. Although they seem to be quite silly to many people, occasionally they help convey meaning better, and prevent fights!

Just an idea but, there's been an insurgence of 'building a EVH guitar' posts this year bringing in new members with that particular interest. Maybe we could have a completely new section devoted to that cause and keep the EVH section towards the search for tone (amps, pups, tone woods etc.).

I've never noticed before... but the EVH section has nearly 60,000 posts it's the busiest section in the metro forum!!!
