Wanting to have a 68 12000 kit put together thinking of ....

RSHaving treh following .
1. All variations George suggests for the amp.
2. I have a full set of Mustard Caps for this amp. I want to be sure I bouht the right ones. As well.
3. Im sure I can get a hold of some NOS Mustard Caps from George as well as NOS Carbon Comp fil/ resistors.
4. There are a lot of inner workings on the board i have followed that when the money becomes availible ill have george run me through it. WHatever he can supply /what ill ned to go search for .
5. I have 3 NOS Mullard 12ax7s and 2 NOS Sylvania 12AX7WA / PHILLIPS 12AX7WA tubes. Ill go Mulard first and use the others for backup and pick up some more. Have a good source for tubes.
6. At first , NOS SIEMENS I thought would suffice for this amp but i think IF I run this amp at attenuated volumes ill burn these tubes up SO Im gonna go all out and get some NOS TESLA EL34s for $300 a quad which is a great buy I found . THe cat actually sells them 2 quads a pop so itll run me $600 but he guarantees them for one year . Not bad ! So the NOS TUBE thing , the Mustard and crarbin comp is good.
7. Trannies.Ill go with what george says todo. I think he has specially wound stuff for that i.e per his You TUbe video of that beutiful sounding 68 upside replica 68 12000 running thru a BLackback cab which I have one of those ( A black back cab that sounds great. Ive owned a vew and this one sounds great thru my 77 mki JMP NMV amp so.. WALA.
8. From there ill have to just get ths info as i go.
(. LASTLY , I also like some of the other amp builders creations on here of which whose names i cant roll off my tongue but iff I see them in the forum "lke ROCK STAH " ill ask them tohelp. perhaps even build me the amp. Ill ask Geroge his opinion again. He is the guru!
Anyway ENOUGH now its save my nickels . Im almost have way their fopr the kit. Now its Power tube time and then whatever is next. want to have it done by end of years out. If not I could bow out and go buy a rteal 68! who knows. I just LOVE THE 68 12000 sounds clips george has . my mouth dropped. I highly suggest anyone with real SPEAKERS to listen to them!
