damn, VG, working too hard! running an empire takes it toll! alot of good suggestions from the crew here. if it is anything like diabetes, there's alot of good things you can do to kick it's butt. i'm 47 now, & am getting in the best shape of my life. i eat generally 6 times a day, better than most athletes (& enjoy it) & plan to be my biggest & strongest next year. let us know if there's ever anything we can do to help.
