Ok heres an update .. I got a new camera for Christmas and Ill be posting new pics of the control room when I figure out how to use it.....

On that note i did do a new mix in the new control room on something Ive been working on and here it is

I did another mix , still figuring things out on Nuendo,
This is the complete tune with no vocals... And It was all done with a MACKIE

Yep, dats it! All the angles were a bitch to tape and spackle. Imagine when we bougth the house that was all wide open space above the garage clear up to the second story rafters.

These moron home builders in California really know how not to lay out a house for maximum use of space. Lots of waste. But, try to get a house with a decent yard. Zero lot lines plus builder greed equals why many families left Brooklyn for the 'burbs back home. You can share your toilet paper with the neighbor

True but you wernt taxed on your Square Footage for the bonus room.. Now see what you have done.......

Other than that You did a great job... I try to get that camera working in a few and post more studio pics...

Speaking of taxes, property taxes in CA are based on percentage of SALE PRICE! So if you bought a house in '98 for 250K taxes were $2500. With the stupid housing market that house selling in 2003 for 750K now carries a tax burden of $7500!! My wife says our house has appreciated a huge amount and when the kids leave we can sell it for loads of money and buy a smaller house to retire in. I told her, Yeah if we move to the desert because by then even a smaller house in the neighborhood will be a million dollars and taxes will be $10K!!!!! Women just don't seem to get the long range view.
