well you figure in the 2x2 construction the rubber mounts or hockey pucks
the 3/4 sheeting and the insulation and flooring for a room 12 x22 Iwould guess some where around 2500.00 to 3500.00 and Im guessing high :shock:


also that would take roughly 4 1/2 inches away from my 7 ft ceilings

Ok heres more pics.. This the insulation phase ..I used Ruxol 4 inch
Acoustic fire batt insulation cost 23.78 per bag each bag has 6-- 24x48 inch
pcs.

Well 8 sheets up and called it a night. my Friend is going to come over while im at work and finish the rest and get it taped. looks like Finish coat on friday and knock down texture on saturday. should be able to paint sometime next week....... If anyone wants to come over, Jimi will be running the Union Crew,
you know the Crew that stands around and watches 1 guy work :P :lol: :lol:

In California they are called "CalTrans".

Good luck. I'm just about finished with my music room. We don't have basements in SoCal so I had to build a dormer first! We did it over the Labor Day weekend last year. These are the Thursday morning, Monday afternoon pics. Like is was always there 8)
