Black Sabbath - War Pigs Live

Post by NY Chief » Fri Sep 08, 2006 3:08 pm

I'd like to see these new death metals hold a candle to this!

Always one of my favorite Sab songs.

War Pigs is a staple. Most deathmetal bands wouldnt even try to top Sabbath. They are truly gods.

One of my favorite Sabbath songs.

Faith No More did a killer cover of "War Pigs" on Epic. I used to have a video of them doing it live...killer cover.

Chief, I have that whole cal jam performance of purple as an avi...it's huge though...won't fit on a CD. You can find it on peer to peer, though, or clips on youtube. It's hard to watch sometimes...Glenn Hughes kicks but sometimes he gets a little over the top with the coke-fueled screams. "Burn" "Mistreated, and "You Fool No One" are killer though.

You and I definitely like a lot of the same stuff. I had no idea they had a video for Zero the Hero. Awesome....
Gillan's scream's on the song Born Again are some of the best I've ever heard. I get an ice cream headache just thinking about trying to do it.
