Check out this short clip from right after the first chorus. At 6.8 seconds in you can clearly here where they spliced in the mid section.

interesting to catch that george. i can hear as a splice or certain effects were then added/turned on at that point but yer probably right as the tempo seems to waver for a split second- it is a interesting find.

When I got some nice studio monitors I spent a lot of time listening to recordings I thought I was familiar with. Revealing to say the least.
I'll post some more of these little tid bits from time to time.

I've always though the whole "atmosphere" and ambience of the sound changed right there..........it gets a little bigger sounding on the cymbals and the whole track suddenly breathes more. Almost like you walk into a bigger room.
