I have to re-do my parts...will do this week....my head is telling me what to play but my fingers don't move that fast....damn it! Mark, let me borrow your fingers for a day!

Hey Andy, the faceplates you're waiting on, what material are they and how are they being done? I know alot of people, myself included, that use BNP Lasers. They do laser engraving and Jeanne's an absolute joy to work with. She does Marshall-styled plates, I believe and turnaround is fast. There's also Joe at Amplates who I've also seen recommended. Joe, I think can design the plates for you....BNP accepts Illustrator 9, Coreldraw (preferred)...possibly CAD (unsure). Has George posted the files for the Superbass faceplates, anywhere (for those of us that like to roll our own)? I've designed quite a few plates for some clones that previous plates didn't exist for.

I just sent an email to my friend with the recorder.

Great guy (for a drummer anyways, lol), we grew up playing in the same 3 piece back in high school and have many a slaughtered rendition of 2112 overture to our credit :D

He works a factory job with some wacky scheduling:

3 10 hr days one week followed by 4 10 hr days the next week, repeat X 3 and then a 2 week vacation......all year long

So I might be getting up and recording this bad boy at 4am or something later this week :o
Let's get going, 'cause there's too much music, too little time!!!!

I sat down and played again last night...i cannot get one good, clean solo going...it's unbelievable. I'm going to have to resort to Brad Gillis-isms and just 1/8th note wangbar doodles.
