If you are the adventurous hands on type... it's not too bad. You need to remove all of the old staples that held the old cloth.
Keep in mind that snp is very thick, and can be difficult and frustrating to work with for 1st timers. Alignment of cloth to baffle board is essential, and keeping it there is critical when stapling the 1st side. And be prepared to use many staples.
A home made stretcher is what I use for getting the cloth straight and tight.

Music Ground told me that they reverse the grill cloth on their cabs for a better appearance, this they had done on my salt and pepper 1982 stack I bought from them sight unseen in the '90's.

The fault almost always is sitting in front of the amp

Basically a piece of wood with the loose, opposite end of the cloth stapled to it. {the 1st side of cloth is already lined up and stapled to baffle]
Wrap it around the inside of the baffle, and use the wood for leverage to get the cloth straight and tight. Does take patience and practice.
