Yeah,

I was shocked too about those recent pics of EVH at this Elton John Charity thing...but I dug deeper and found this...

Why is everybody so shocked about the shape Eddie is in??
I have posted ad nauseum here about how he needs to get on the wagon, ect.
You think he would have learned from Roth's example, about how not to conduct yourself in public,on air, ect.?
Every day is a new day,Ed.
Here's hoping you wake up and do the right thing, before it's too late.
Let's not stare at the crash,

Hey Yngwie, I agree totally! What speakers do you have in your cab shown in your avatar?

Thanks Cary,
That was the angled cab, model 1982,loaded with pre-Rola Pulsonic coned G12H-30's,as was my bottom cab.
Check out my photo's under Eddie Style Guitars,on this Eddie board.
I originally had,for my first amp as a teen in England, I am remembering it to be a 1967 Suer lead, and I had the same type G12-30H loaded cabs, and I had one of the super rare, bottom cab 4X12,the tall ones, that had the 25 watt greenbacks in.
Currently I have a HW stack, with the Celestion Heritage 30H's,I have only played the 30 watters in my career, the amps in my avavtar are my 1966 JTM45,with EL34's,my 1967 Black Flag JTM Super Bass, and my beloved 1973 Super Lead, last of the ptp boards!
I have been in recovery myself for over 6 years, and we all can recover,so when he is ready Ed will do it,hopefuly the good Lord wil help him too.Yngwie 308 By the way the JCM era cabs I had were Vintage 30's
but I found out that they were the 70 watt ones and I sold them, for the Salt and Peppers.
