Again What Trannies get EVH Brown Sound

Hello
First Post …..I have been reading for a while, very cool board. Rockstah your guitar playing is awesome. When I heard your amp and MightyMike’s I got that shitty “Grinch Grin” and called George and ordered a bunch of parts….the only stuff left is the trannies and the choke…. I want the ******'s but can’t find the guy his phone number on his web page is disconnected. I was thinking Mercury Magnetics. What do you think? It seems there is a lot of talk about them but I haven’t herd them. Does anyone have a VH clip? What do you guys think of B+ at 460 or 425 and also a choke at 10H vs 3H. I’m not ruling out Georges Heyboer either Rockstah’s amp sounds great.....

im using an MM OT and Georges dual tap.

Mark hello you amp sounds great. thanks for the reply. I have done a lot of reading and I do understand what happens to the amp when you drop the B+. You can really hear it on Georges clips. Do you run yours at 400 or 500?
