Yep, that's his amp.

I never meant to put that clip out there, but why not, it was just to show Steven how the amp sounds with the other 10k dropper hooked up properly. Here is where we were discussing the issue:

Curiously, it sounds pretty much the same as the last clip with the 10k hooked up wrong. I will do a better On Fire clip with the chassis in a head box next time and possibly with the 25k mid pot put back in.

Actually I'm thinking of switching to Guitar Hero because that's just like playing guitar.

It's weird, because I've been playing this song forever but have not put as much time into it as I have the last week or so. Its just starting to get under my skin. Ed slips the muted low E string into the main riff more than you think and once you get that, the riff really starts to make sense and truly comes alive, so I need to make another On Fire clip after I make some changes to the amp. Maybe a 1k or 2.7k for V1B cathode resistor? Ralle's got me thinking.

So close that if you didn't throw in the extra riffs, you would be accused playing silently along with the original. I say this with all due respect to others who have done a great job, but this is closer than ANYONE has ever got. Amazing.
