Can you guys recommend a 50 watt amp kit for getting the early EVH tone?

Great threads in the Metro 50w kit section too. Just start building with pics and everyone can help with VH tweaking advise as you go along. M e r r e m tranny's or Heyboer are very cool, but you have to order early, sometimes they take many months to arrive.

Get all the goods from Valvestorm. He knows his stuff as well do many of the amp builders here to get you that sound.

Your lucky that you can skip 5-6 years of trial and error, red herrings, dead ends.......

Yep, that was a mod that no amount of sharpie or goo could hide. But don't forget that the cork is directional.
