The Peacemaker has the exact same controls as a Marshall, except the Mediums were relabeled "Low-Mids", the Treble was relabeled "high-mids" and the Presence was relabeled "Treble". Circuit-wise, we have a good old Marshall. I could be wrong but that is my recollection.

Anyway, if anything is not on ten, you're doing it wrong! :wink:

You were close...
Treble = Treble
Middle = Low-Mid
Bass = Bass
Presence = High-Mid

Circuit-wise the tone section is identical to a Marshall.

No, I'm not using the DSD anymore... but that's not because I don't like it... I'm playing a Gibson Les Paul 1960 Classic, with a 500t ( ceramic ) in the bridge possition... it's a stock pu for this guitar... I kinda don't want to mess with that one... it sounds good enough as it is... the DSD is still in my strat, but I don't hardly play that anymore... I've become a Les Paul man :shock:

About the picks... you're right about that, it feels more touchy with a thin pick... however I have a Fender 0.6mm pick... don't know if it's as thin as Ed's... but it's a good in between pick for me :wink:
The DSD is decent. I had an old friend you used to use a Blisterbucker in his 1960 Classic Les Paul - basically like a 500T.
