That clip is great VH doing Beer drinkers!!..I didn't know they ever did that live!!.You Know the solo was not going to sound anything like Billy Gibbons..I think its a bit fast..But that's ok..I just think the slower tempo makes that song real fat sounding..

Have also seen him play the Destroyer during On Fire from a VERY RAW bit of footage from VH2 tour. I'm not sure if its cool to post here cause its 2.5meg and not an Metroamp thing - have posted it to youtube - it should be up soon.

In both the St. Paul '80 vids its the short-lived Charvel Star guitar - from what i remember, he used one of those X2N Dimarzio distortion-from-hell pick-ups in it. Had one myself for awhile - doh. ....gave it/threw it away as far as i remember.

I heard stories of the US Festival that Dave had been doing coke for like 8 days stright before the show and he was wired for sound that night when they played. You can tell as his nose is practically glowing in the video! One of my favorite boots of them is the US Fest.
