Before recommending techs on one coast or the other we should know where the OP is located. Having a precious amp destroyed in shipping is not an option!
Start by using a different guitar and a short cord directly in to the amp...
Beyond that... Replacing the preamp tubes is a good start... beyond that...
Does the amp hum with no guitar plugged in? If not problem is before or near the inputs.
If yes, pull v1... does the amp still hum? No? Problem is near the inputs.
If yes, pull v1 & v2... does the amp still hum? Etc.. pull each preamp tube in order see if the hum stops
Obviously, you need to power down before pulling tubes.

Whoa I was super busy this past week and forgot to check this. WOW thank you so much for the excellent advice! I'll keep you guys posted on the progress. I think I'll start by getting some old mullards or marshall 12ax7 ecc83's.

Re: Rockstah humming issues...any advice?
Okay update, guys, I pulled v1. No hum. Switched out the oldie with the JJ ecc83 that was in the v1 position in my Bray and it's a direct tonal match, but with 0 hum.
Problem solved! Both amps just kinda chill in my studio right now anyway, so when it's time to use each amp, I'll just switch the v1 out each time until I get around to ordering some more jj ecc83's.
I got a clip of how it sounds now:
