Actually I watched that rackmount for months the price never changed. It is nice, but not at $589.

Here is another nice one. Still a tad too much for me. But maybe not for someone else. More pictures would be nice too.

Those rack mount variac's are really cool.

Mine is similar to yours roger. I think mine is made by TEMCo. It's a 5 amp.
