Judging by the clips which by the way aren't that many I think they all do the VH thang pretty darn good. If you had the same recording setup, guitar, pedals, speakers and tubes I bet they would all come very close. I would personally go with Metro's 12xxx amp and tweak it to my liking :)

Of all of the VH tribute bands, the Atomic Punks are the best overall. I think Brian Young was a much better "Eddie" than Russ. Bart Walsh, the original guitarist was pretty good too. However, where I think the band really shines is with Ralph Saenz and Scott Patterson. Nobody does a better DLR than Ralph. Of course I'm a bit biased I guess because I used to run their website, but I've yet to see anyone top them.
Why is it we can remember where all the wires go, but can never find a pick?

is Russ not with the atomic punks anymore? How is Lance Turner?

Also, what amps and guitar is Al Estrada using in those videos and pics?
