You VH freaks will love this. Ever heard of Mako amps? Seems like they've nailed the EVH tone pretty well. Check out their VH clips under "more input":

Ya see for me...the playing is why it sounds good on those clips..the amp itself sounds kinda cold...almost like a 6L6 amp...

Nice amp for sure...just not like a Marshall.
