where to buy PPiMv kit?

where can I buy the kit, I need to tame my JTM45 without spending a lot of cash on attenuators?

Metroamp doesn't sell PPIMV kits anymore? Did I miss something? I bought one from here not long ago. Works great in my Super Reverb, BTW.
