Cool about the recycled wood for the sound posts. Very progressive and green of you George.

Because there is a chance that I loaded that cab !

I work with George at Metropoulos / MetroAmp.

We had Celestion Heritage G12M's, and Heritage G12H's at the show.
The G12H's were with the 10,000 series.
The Celestion Heritage speakers are what we prefer in our True Replica cabs ! ( the Heritage 65 watters are great too )

George, truly fantastic. If you didn't exist, you should be invented.
Now I want those cabs.

How?

Fil, these are truly incredible cabs, I know you have some original Marshall 4X12's, but the Metro true replicas are my choice over any Marshall cab out there, they are exactly identical to the '68 specs, they are CNC made and George as usual has gone to the tiniest detail to replicate the originals.
The handles, fasteners, even Whitworth threaded hardware has been recreated, I had the Marshall Handwired 4X12's with the Heritage G12H-30 speakers and they HW cabs let down those speakers majorly, that's why I sold them as they were terribly built, quality wise and sounded terrible to me, like Marshall lite.
I have had original '68 and '69 H-30 loaded cabs and these Metros are the bargain of the century, even shipped to Italia!!
You won't be disappointed trust me!!
Love the basket weave versions, these cabs are lifetime keepers and I hope they will be made long enough for me to afford them..    :jimi: :jimi:
Beautiful pieces of work and the perfect complement to the exquisite Metro amps!
