I'm building a Trainwreck style amp (Francesca). I'm running into some biasing problems. The bias circuit consists of a feed off one of the 300V PT 2ndaries -> 200K resistor -> diode (band facing the 200k resistor) -> 15K resistor -> 2 10uf caps -> 47K resistor ->
OK the problem is I see 150v AC before the diode however I don't see any DC after the diode. Suggestions?

Check your bias ground path and/or swap in a new diode, because it's maybe burned open.

The fault almost always is sitting in front of the amp
