Where is the best place to ground the cathodes of power tubes?

Most people use a grounding lug right on each socket's mounting bolt or rivet. Are you looking for a different way to do it? Noise problems?

As Flames already mentioned usually is working w/o problems. But the theoretical best place would be together with the rectifier's and first filter cap's ground.
